Employee Relations
Employee Relations is a KFC program whose primary objectives are to develop team building and to instill a sense of camaraderie among employees.
It also promotes the health and well-being of KFC employees through fun social and physical activities that give enjoyment and relaxation to KFC staff.
Sports Events
To foster team building, Employee Relations organizes year-round inter-departmental sports events like basketball, badminton and volleyball competitions that encourage KFC staff to mingle and get to know one another while also motivating them to become physically-fit.
To add to the fun, other games such as bowling, table tennis and chess are being considered as future sports options.

LAKaD (Lagi Akong Kasali D’yan)
What makes being a Restaurant Team Member (RTM) at KFC special? A unique opportunity offered only to KFC team members called “Lagi Akong Kasali D’yan.”
“Lagi Akong Kasali D’yan” or simply LAKaD, is an annual two-day, fun-filled team building activity that gathers KFC RTMs from all parts of the country to familiarize them with the company’s corporate values— integrating them into the KFC company.
LAKaD is a chance for KFC RTMs to bond while soaking in KFC’s company culture and practices. Everybody is counted in and encouraged to participate, therefore using the word “kasali” which connotes involvement, and not “kasama” which only implies mere presence.
An employee program unlike any other in the Philippine food industry, KFC is proud to tell its employees: “Lagi kang kasali dito.”
